Marketing Whims?

What's a whim? Roget's Thesaurus says that it's an inclination, vision, passing thought, or fool notion. But it's also an acronym for WHat It Means. And that's what I hope to discuss here -- what all the changes going on in the world of financial services means to consumers and marketers. Thanks in advance for reading, and for ranting back at me.
